bafo por 3 horas. O forno tamb\u00e9m pode ser utilizado. Neste caso, coloque as Turkey Legs na grelha do forno na parte superior. Na parte inferior coloque uma assadeira com carv\u00e3o ou lenha, porque desta forma a gordura vai cair dentro da assadeira e a madeira\/carv\u00e3o vai defumar a carne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio virar as mesmas. Quando elas come\u00e7arem a ficar um pouco avermelhadas significa que j\u00e1 est\u00e1 bom.
