S\u00e3o uma das conservas mais f\u00e1ceis do mundo \u2014 prontas em 24 horas e infinitamente melhores que as de lata.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>10 jalape\u00f1os verdes firmes, em rodelas de ~4 mm<\/li>\n<li>1 x\u00edcara de vinagre de \u00e1lcool<\/li>\n<li>1 x\u00edcara de \u00e1gua<\/li>\n<li>1 colher (sopa) de a\u00e7\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>1 colher (sopa) de sal<\/li>\n<li>2 dentes de alho, 1 folha de louro, 1 colher (ch\u00e1) de or\u00e9gano seco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Passo a passo (10 minutos de trabalho)<\/h2>\n<p>1. Ferva vinagre, \u00e1gua, a\u00e7\u00facar, sal, alho e temperos por 2 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>2. Desligue o fogo e mergulhe as rodelas de jalape\u00f1o na salmoura quente. Deixe 10 minutos na panela \u2014 elas murcham levemente mas continuam crocantes (o segredo \u00e9 N\u00c3O ferver as rodelas).<\/p>\n<p>3. Transfira tudo pra um vidro esterilizado, cubra com a salmoura, feche e leve \u00e0 geladeira depois de frio.<\/p>\n<p>4.
