Pulse as biquinhos no processador \u2014 peda\u00e7os pequenos, n\u00e3o pur\u00ea.<\/p>\n<p>2. Panela com tudo dentro, fogo m\u00e9dio-baixo, 35 a 45 minutos mexendo \u00e0s vezes.<\/p>\n<p>3. Teste do pires gelado (a geleia enruga ao empurrar = ponto), envase quente em vidro esterilizado, vire de cabe\u00e7a pra baixo at\u00e9 esfriar.<\/p>\n<h2>Sirva com<\/h2>\n<p>Queijo coalho na chapa (dupla nordestina imbat\u00edvel), t\u00e1bua de frios, salada caprese no lugar do bals\u00e2mico, e sandu\u00edche natural de frango.
