Misture morango e a\u00e7\u00facar na panela e deixe descansar 30 minutos \u2014 a fruta solta o pr\u00f3prio l\u00edquido e voc\u00ea n\u00e3o precisa de \u00e1gua nenhuma.<\/p>\n<p>2. Junte a pimenta picada fina, o lim\u00e3o e o sal. Cozinhe em fogo m\u00e9dio-baixo mexendo com frequ\u00eancia (morango agarra!), por cerca de 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>3. Amasse os peda\u00e7os grandes com o garfo no meio do cozimento \u2014 textura de geleia artesanal, nem lisa nem em cubos.<\/p>\n<p>4. Teste do pires gelado: pingou, esperou 30 segundos, empurrou com o dedo e enrugou? Ponto.
