Acompanha queijos, carnes e salgadinhos como nenhuma outra \u2014 e a receita cl\u00e1ssica \u00e9 mais simples do que o resultado sugere.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes (rende ~2 potes m\u00e9dios)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>10 <a href=\"https:\/\/pimentoteca.com.br\/blog\/experimente\/tudo-o-que-voce-precisa-saber-sobre-a-pimenta-dedo-de-moca\/\">dedo-de-mo\u00e7a<\/a> vermelhas<\/li>\n<li>1 ma\u00e7\u00e3 com casca ralada (pectina natural \u2014 o segredo do ponto)<\/li>\n<li>2 x\u00edcaras de a\u00e7\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>1 x\u00edcara de vinagre de ma\u00e7\u00e3 ou de vinho branco<\/li>\n<li>Suco de 1 lim\u00e3o, 1 pitada de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Passo a passo<\/h2>\n<p>1. Corte as pimentas: metade SEM sementes (sabor), metade COM (ardor). Quer geleia suave? Tire todas. Pique bem mi\u00fado ou pulse rapidamente no processador.<\/p>\n<p>2. Junte tudo na panela e cozinhe em fogo m\u00e9dio-baixo, mexendo de vez em quando, por 30 a 40 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>Teste do pires gelado:<\/strong> pingue geleia num pires que ficou no freezer; incline. Se escorrer devagar e enrugar quando voc\u00ea empurra com o dedo, chegou. Lembre: geleia quente \u00e9 sempre mais l\u00edquida do que fria \u2014 n\u00e3o passe do ponto ou vira bala.<\/p>\n<p>4.
